This Ukrainian chef uses 3D-print to design outstanding cakes

The Ukrainian pastry chef uses experimental techniques and principles like the Voroni method to 3D print unique silicone molds, which she then uses to make cakes that are at once delicious and unfamiliar in shape.

Some of them look like they might be from another planet! Some of the ingredients she often finds herself using include sponge cake, chocolate mousse, berry confit, shortcrust dough, and meringue. Below are some cakes featured in the February issue of So Good, check them out and follow Dinara on Instagram for more.
