Nick Barclay is an inspired art director. In his project called ‘Line Logos’ he wanted to explore if wether or not it would be possible to simplify the world most famous brands logos and also make them still recognisable. With simple shapes such as rectangles and circles we just can observe a simplified version of logos such as Nike, Starbucks or Apple.
The main purpose of this project is to show how these logos have become “engrained in our psyche”. just the fact that they are recognisable even in their simplest form gives you the answer. If you like Barclay’s work just drop an eye on his Behance and his website.
