Microsoft has launched the Lumia 435 – a smartphone designed to compete with low-end devices. Ever since the software giant bought Nokia, the company has positioned the Windows Phone as an economical alternative to the iPhone and Galaxy line.
While the price of $80 is the phone’s main talking point, the addition of the operating system’s full Office suite and four colorways sweeten the deal considerably. The phone will be available in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa from the beginning of February. An American release has not yet been detailed. For more information head over to Microsoft.com.
