A Little Design is a design firm from Taïwan that gives us the perfect example of the benefits of using a really small place and use ass much room as possible into it.
As nowadays more and more people are living in big cities the housing market is saturated and people tend to find themselves living in smaller places and at the same time the cost of housing is rising.
That designed appartement is only 22 sq.m (236ft. sq) so they had to find tons of clever tips to use as much space they could to fit everything into it. The trick was to use the height of the appartment as much as possible. The result is briliant with a mezzanine bedroom, floor to ceiling storage, a ladder, rearrangeable furniture.
